HOW TO PROCESS?

: Consultation, Quotation & Order Confirmation
Please share your photos, drawings, or concept information with us. Based on the size, material, finish, and color you specify, we will provide a detailed quote. Once you confirm the order details and submit the deposit, we’ll proceed with the next steps.

: Design Approval & Sample Production
Our design team will create a drawing based on your requirements and share it with you for approval. The design can be revised as needed until it fully meets your expectations. Once approved, our factory will prepare a sample according to the final design.

: Sample Quality Control & Feedback
When the sample is ready, we’ll send photos, videos, and a quality report for your review. Please share your feedback with us, and we’ll make any necessary improvements based on your comments to ensure the sample aligns with your vision.

: Bulk Order Production & Final Quality Inspection
Once the sample is approved, we’ll begin bulk production in line with the approved sample specifications. Our Quality Control team will inspect all raw materials and conduct ongoing quality checks throughout production. After production, we’ll conduct a final comprehensive inspection and share a detailed quality report for your approval before packaging.

: Packing, Balance Payment & Shipment
Upon your approval of the QC report, we’ll carefully pack the products. Once the final balance is received, we’ll arrange shipment according to your specifications.

How can I be sure I will receive what I want?

We will provide photos and videos of the items, and you can also FaceTime.If necessary, you can buy leather, cloth, marble from us, check the material, and choose which material to use when purchasing.

How do I buy the product I want?

You can find our account manager through WhatsApp, you need to tell him what style, size, color, budget you want, and he will give you recommendations. And have a professional interior design team to help you design.

When will the production be finished after the order is placed?

If the product you selected is in stock, we will ship it within 7 days. If there is no stock, depending on which product, usually most production time is 25 to 35 days after receiving payment. The sooner you can arrange payment, the sooner we can complete it.

Can I place my own order in China and you check the quality?

If you place an order independently in China and use our services only for delivery, we do not exercise quality control over these goods. In this case, we are only responsible for customs clearance and shipping, but do not guarantee the quality of products purchased from other suppliers, and subject to a certain fee.

I have already placed an order and paid a deposit, can I place another order on top of the main order, or will it be treated as a separate order?

There is always an opportunity to add goods to the main order before production is completed.

What if I receive a defective item?

If you receive goods with defects that were not noticed by our quality control personnel or during container loading, we will replace the product with you, but you will need to provide a photo or video.

What if I receive damaged furniture?

All furniture before leaving the factory, we will have a special quality inspector carefully take photos and videos, and confirm with you whether the goods are damaged and defective, and then arrange packaging and delivery.When the item is shipped, we will buy international logistics insurance for our customers! If the goods are found to contain damage, please take a photo + video in time and inform us in time. When unpacking also need video, our company will help you to the international logistics company to claim.

How long will it take for the customer to receive the goods?

We will choose the fastest shipping method for you to ensure that you receive your product as early as possible, but this depends on the conditions of the destination and the shipping company.
